According to data from the International Aluminium Institute, global alumina production in September 2025 was 12.884 million tonnes, compared to 11.993 million tonnes in the same period last year and a revised 13.321 million tonnes in the previous month. China’s alumina production in September was 7.950 million tonnes, compared to a revised 8.030 million tonnes in the previous month.
